Up has to be one of the most poignant openings in any Disney movie. It was beautifully done.

FIFY
Up had me crying at 3 different points the last time I saw it.
3!
And that was like the second or third time I watched it.
Unbelievably beautiful movie.

Lethal Weapon was the first tear-up.
Gibson's attempted-gun-in-the-mouth-suicide scene got me for some reason.

Men of Honor. The final scene in the court where Cuba Gooding Jr. is taking his steps with an amputated leg.

The Green Mile
E.T.
Ghost
Patch Adams
Warrior
I stay away from the movies if something happens to an animal in it. I can't handle that.

50-50 almost had me just this Sunday at the part mentioned earlier, but I had to man up for my girl.
When I was like 10 Terminator 2 had me crying at the end with the thumbs up into the boiler.
When I was like 8 I fricking balled crying in the movie theater for Free Willy, my brother and sister have never let me live that down.

Hadn't cried at a movie since I was a kid.
I can remember crying during the Neverending Story when Artex died in the swamps of sadness and during E.T.
The closest I came to tears when I was older was during Good Will Hunting when Robin Williams gets through to Matt Damon's character. "Its not your fault, its not your fault." Man that scene hits home, very powerful.
Just finished watching a random movie I knew nothing about called Untamed Heart. I gotta admit, that movie grew on me as I watched it. Had a sad but yet happy ending.

I cry in pretty much any movie that is intended to be sad or inspirational. Hell, I cry in some movies that weren't intended that way.
The weird thing is that I cry easily in movies, but rarely in real life. That's probably not a good thing. Maybe I'm more invested in movies than real life.

Sounds just like me...right down to wondering if there's something wrong with that

Can't believe I haven't seen this one mentioned yet:
8 Seconds (The scene where Tuff is talking to Lane's wife in the barn....or when he rides 16 seconds at the NFR)

I haven't seen it in a while, but the end of Backdraft when Kurt Russell died always got to me.
most of the others have already been listed.

Futurama episode Jurassic Bark
I didn't want to mention this because I wanted to stick to movies like mentioned in the OP, but if we're talking TV too then my Lord yes at this. I had heard/read about this and was like "Futurama? No way" so I watched it online. I saw how much time was left in the episode close to the end and was wondering what the hell all the fuss was about. Then in that last 30-60 seconds it was just...damn.
Another TV one, the final scene in LOST. And let's please not get into a was it awesome/did it suck debate on the episode itself. I KNEW what was coming, but when Jack is walking through the bamboo and I saw that shoe on the limb and heard the sad music I started tearing up. When the final scene ended I was bawling. Not like shed a tear, I mean like waterworks. I've only watched it twice, and both times the same result. I probably won't watch it again for a few years

yeah but the ending of the episode about the lucky 4 leaf clover got me more than the dog episode. I spent the next few minutes thinking how lonely it would be to wake up hundreds of years in the future and realize how much of your life you had missed out on.

Top Gun when Goose died.
Most of the ones y'all have already named.
Sling Blade shakes me up a bit when he's going around saying his goodbyes. Especially the line he gives John Ritter about the heart being an awfully big place.

Up
Where the Red Fern Grows. Cry every time I read it too.
Remember the Titans
Field of Dreams:
John Kinsella: Well, good night Ray.
Ray Kinsella: Good night, John.
[They shake hands and John begins to walk away]
Ray Kinsella: Hey... Dad?
[John turns]
Ray Kinsella: [choked up] "You wanna have a catch?"
John Kinsella: I'd like that
It's a Wonderful Life. I usually watch it on Christmas Eve and I've had a few drinks, so the emotions are high.
