Tomatillo Salsa Dip

I'll skip the tomatillo/onion/garlic/serrano roasting and blending and make it easy.

Take a bottle of La Costena Salsa Verde

Pour in a blender, add 8oz of cream cheese, 1 pint of sour cream (you can use light on both), handfull of cilantro, 5 drops of green food dye, and 1 avacado. Puree and move to fridge for an hour or so. As previously mentioned, you can do it on your own but you have to roast the vegetables on a sheet pan, covered w/ olive oil, salt and pepper for 30 minutes or so at 375. Place them in the blender with a little cumin and you have the La Costena Salsa (less preservatives off course), but you can taste no difference. Save yourself some time and buy a bottle of it ($1.50). It's $$$$ and everyone will think you bought it at a restaurant, and no it's not bland like the one at Ninfa's ! Try it, you and your guests will love it.

I love this stuff
Franks Buffalo Chicken Dip

Except I use baked chicken instead of canned, although the canned isn't bad. Light ranch, and fat free cream cheese for lower calorie/healthier option. And I wouldn't put as much ranch/buffalo sauce as stated. Id rather it thicker with more chicken. But it's a great dip. I'm obsessed with it.

1 tub of Whipped Cream Cheese
1 pkg of Hidden Valley Ranch dry seasoning
1 jar of roasted red peppers, take out seeds if there are any, and drain the liquid.

Put everything in food processor and blend until its smooth. Usually refrigerate the night before....goes great with any chips but Fritos the best.

BEST. DIP. EVER

I always called it "suicide dip" because you'll kill yourself from eating too much.

What do typically serve to dip into this?

Here's an easy dip:

3 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (can use light)
16 - oz. jar picante sause (mild, med or hot - your choice)

Put in food processor until mixed well. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Serve with Frito Scops.

Quantities can be adjusted easily, this recipe will go a long way. We call it Pink Dip.

As easy as that sounds, it does not sound very tasty IMO.
