You get one meal in Baton Rouge... What would it be?

I've been in Africa for a month and fly home tomorrow, trying to decide what to eat when I get there.
Haven't had a burger in a while but am leaning towards some standard louisiana food.

I was home for 1 month at Christmas. We didn't only get one meal, but the first thing we wanted was Popeyes. Second was a decent burger.
then we moved on to Louisiana stuff and it was all over but the crying.

I think I would have to go to The Chimes and get the fish of the day. I know there are nicer restaurants but that is where I would want to go.

Boudin omelet from Chimes. Their brunch is really the only thing worth eating there now.

You're not gonna be able to donate blood for like a year...
I'd go with:
Filet from Ruth's
Crawfish from Sammy's
Shrimp poboy from Tommy's Fish House
Pizza from Fleur de Lis
Whatever the special is at The Chimes

Louisiana comfort food; The Chimes does that well...

Pluckers- 15 spicy ranch wings, ranch fries and a side of ranch to dip. Kick off the meal with fried pickles. Wash it down with a huge Purple Haze.

I would probably want my own gumbo, first.
Then, I would want chargrilled oysters from Mansur's; fried oysters from somewhere, boiled crawfish, a veal chop from Ruth's Chris and cannelloni from Gino's with Lawrence bread.
