Actually I am serious.

People pass out in public. Rare.. yes but it happens..

You telling me these sick fricks wouldn't do the same shite? Get serious.

But yeah go defend this sick frick. You probably think it's hilarious too I imagine.

All I am saying is it's wrong.. either way.. regardless why he is out. You don't do this to a complete stranger.

I for one hope he isn't charged with sexual battery. Of course, the "victim", himself not a rocket scientist, will have to press charges. He certainly can't testify...he was passed out. Looks like a big waste of time to me. I'd rather the NOPD work on solving a murder or 12.

He has been charged with Sexual Battery.... but as for mandatory jail time..... I suspect he will probably plea bargin down to a lesser charge and plead guilty or no contest, depending on what the DA is offering... serve probabtion and learn his lesson for being STUPID... already cost him his job, dumbass.

As for the "victim" having to press charges... Nope -- The NOLA DA will do that, the victim doesn't make that call... and with video evidence, no need really for anyone to testify.

I seriously doubt this dude even tries to take this to trial... he's toast.

That said -- he'll get a court date and have to show up at least once... maybe multiple times if his case is not heard. It'll cost him at least a couple hundred bucks for each court appearance for his criminal defense attorney fees.

In the end if he cooperates he'll probably get a misdemeanor plea, probation time, community service and a pretty severe fine.... but not likely to serve real jail time.

If you don't believe me ---- go to the criminal court house for a few days or a week, sit and listen, you'll learn a lot about the real "justice" system.

What's working against this dude is the public specatcle of it. It's high profile and the DA has public sentiment on his side... which fair or not probaby will influence the judge. Best case for this dude is to get an impartial judge -- maybe a Tulane Law gradutate (LOL), and a good attorney to present his case and plea for him.

Funny how the "this dude's life is over" comment on the video now seems to pertain to this offender when it was directed at the victim.

Lesson learned here --- don't do STUPID shite that can (and will) get YOU in trouble. Consider the consequences of your decisions before acting on them.

I think this guy just thought he was being funny... well now the joke is on him, isn't it?

A beautiful wedding in OPP. I'm sending him a carton of Virginia Slims 1000s, and the Frankie Goes to Hollywood CD, "Relax". Oh yea, and some really, really fabulous throw pillows.

Hypothetically speaking...the dude was passed out drunk, I'm sure, but since you bama fans like to play the hypothetical game, suppose the guy was passed out from a medical reason, are you saying that this same scene would not have happened?

Can you show me where I defended the jackass? Yeah, didn't think so. I'm saying it's wrong, too, but don't try and put the 'victim' here on the same level as someone who was roofied and raped in a basement.

Somehow we have allowed it to become ok/cool to watch abuse take place, but to do nothing to stop it.

Both these guys need to cut loose any so called "friends" that were with them.

Hope he has the $10K to get him out. OPP is his worst nightmare. Some of the miscreants in there might be LSU fans....or former graduates. (jes kidding) :)

The fact that you put the word victim in quotes, means that you ARE defending it. The victim was a victim of crime. Did he do something that put himself in a poor situation, making it easier for your sick fricking brethren to do what they did? Absolutely. Doesn't make it right, what was done to him.

Girls that get drunk or wear short skirts deserve to get raped or abused too? Hint - guys can be victims of sexual assault too. Something that would be good for Gumps to learn.

I suppose that CapstoneGrad04 would be as forgiving of the creepo if he were in the victim's position.

"Well, that sucked and the humiliation isn't even close to being over yet due to the video being all over the internet, but its really partly my fault. I mean, I kind of asked to have someone's genitals shoved in my face and the video be posted for all to see when I decided to have a few too many drinks like thousands of others that same night."

I'll keep that in mind next time a girl is passed out. Rape is okay in your book :
