A friend of mine was the victim of the Regions bank shooting yesterday morning off Fortification. Scary shite and over $20.00 and a cell phone in his case. They shot at him and shot his car where it wouldn't go. He ended up having to run away from them and luckily got to the McDonalds to call 911.

Yeah, I ended up grabbing mine in the middle so I wouldn't hit people around me.
I yelled and clapped when Bama was driving and swung it for the LSU chants, 1st down cheers and kickoff. It was too much damn trouble, but for one game I thought it looked good for tv.

The worst "Bama" fan I ran into wasn't even a Bama fan. He was a La Tech grad that hates LSU, wore a Bama shirt and ran his suck all night. Most everyone else was quiet.

If Sapp had "confirmed" someone who already hadn't shown his arse toward the Saints (the refusal to shake hands, etc), I think people would not have been as quick to believe.

The amount of Gumps defending it, (it was just a prank, he's lucky that is all that happened to him, etc.) is just baffling. I think the number of people who were disgusted with JJ after Shadys is an indicator that we don't even put our players on such a high pedestal, much less our shithead fans.
Some supported JJ from the beginning, sure, but the majority were supporting Lee through the end of the year and in no small part because general consensus was, regardless of what all went down that night, Jefferson made some REALLY bad decisions and didn't represent LSU the way we want to be represented.

The fact that you put the word victim in quotes, means that you ARE defending it. The victim was a victim of crime. If this had been a 20 year old kid, I might feel some sympathy. But by one's 30s, one should have a better handle on how much alcohol is enough, etc.
