I always thought he was overrated and not much of a QB

hmmm, being at the top of the yardage list with Todd fricking Pinkston as you're #1 WR and leading your team to 3 straight NFC conference championships before TO ever stepped foot in Philly makes him "not much of a QB"? You are either a fricking moron, racist, or you only consider like 2 QBs in the NFL "much of a QB"

Wow, didn't mean to insult your favorite player. He had a few good years, but he threw just as many bounce passes and overthrows as he did accurate ones. I'm not going to respond to the name calling.

He cracked the top ten passing leaders only twice: 8th in 2004 and 7th in 2008. Be still my beating heart.

It doesn't matter if he's black or not. If anyone thinks it does, then they are a racist.

WTF does he know about the playoffs

How about going to the playoffs 8/10 years with the Eagles. Including 5 Conference Championship game appearances and 1 SB.

This.

Donovan McNabb seems to have been the most underrated quarterback in the NFL since Don Meredith played for the Dallas Cowboys in the 1960’s.

McNabb has been a Pro Bowler, an All-Pro and has been to the Super Bowl, but he is yet again dealing with controversy, as he has been benched in favor for Christian Ponder. With the latest drama of being benched, I feel that Donovan McNabb’s NFL career as a starting quarterback has come to a sudden and painful end.

Donovan isn’t a terrible quarterback at all folks, heck look at the guy’s stats.

In his career, he has thrown for over 37,000 yards, 234 touchdowns and has been consistently in the playoffs when given the right weapons on offense. Heck, Donovan is the Eagles' all-time leader in career wins, pass attempts, pass completions, passing yards and passing touchdowns. With all of the wonderful stats that he has to his credit, fans still view Donovan as a “backup” and a quarterback who always seemed to choke in the big moments. The fans opinions on this guy is simply unfair, because Donovan has always been put into tough situations, and he has seemed to take some sub-par teams to post-season glory.

Not that much of a QB, huh?

So you found someone on a Vikings website who agrees with you. You have unequivocally proven me wrong. Well done.

Not to mention that this correspondent on Bleacher Report (the joke of sports reporting) posted this on a Vikings site right after McNabb started his last game and before Ponder took over.

Why does this matter? His opinion isn't any less valuable if he is or isn't. Since it's so important to you what his race is, you're probably just as racist as he is for bringing up race.
