=10000.....grew up constantly hearing La Tech people bitch about LSU and constantly stating that Tech was a much better school, and downing LSU at any opportunity. Seems like that has died down a lot, although you still have a few old school die hard techies who won't cheer for LSU regardless.

There is a lot of hate from La. Tech fans. Just check out their little message board,Bulldog Barks and Bytes. As if they were in direct competition with LSU. Most of the hate seems to be directed at LSU getting more $$$ from the state??

Yes, I have one person in mind who goes to selu that despises lsu. And the dude isn't even a cynical a-hole. I'm not sure why he doesn't like em. He is in love with bama though.

I know someone here in Atlanta that is from Louisiana. She went to Bama and absolutely hates LSU ... way more than Auburn. Apparently her family gives her constant grief and she can't stand it.

I have one cousin, a ULL alum, who will never, ever give LSU props for anything.
I actually saw him last night and I congratulated him for ULL's big win and said I was rooting for em the whole time (which I was.)
He looked at me and said, "roll tide."
I'm convinced LSU could be playing the Al Qaeda Allstars and he would be rooting for them over LSU.
The only time he ever mentions LSU to me with a smile is when we lose, or a player is suspended. JJ being suspended was like Christmas morning for him.

Grew up amongst Tech fans that hate all things LSU. I didn't have anything against Tech but after having to hear their crap my whole life I do laugh when I hear they are sucking because I know how it's killing those assholes.

My neighbor gives me shite all the time about lsu, he is a longhorn fan. Earlier this year I replaced his longhorn flag with an lsu one while he was on vacation . Needles to he didn't think it was as funny as I did

This. Lots of LSU hate(envy) in North LA. Too many arkies up there. Also had a friend from Thibodaux who used to wear UF jerseys to LSU games when Spurrier was the coach and would constantly talk shite looking for trouble. Hater.

I would say the majority of the Tiger Rant hates LSU. Because according to many of them LSU has awful QB's and a coach that can't articulate well enough to read Green Eggs and Ham.

That's mostly you Rowww Taaaaahd'ers who start that, without any of you actually knowing how Les "articulates" to his team and coaches in the locker room, on the sidelines, and in games; as well as at TAF Tiger Tour and other sports banquets, to the LOCAL media, and on "Inside LSU Football" during the season.
All you anal orifices see is the 2 1/2 second bytes Les is required to give when running off the field at halftime. And even those are more entertaining than the West Va. midget's...

I have a cousin born and raised in BR. Even went to LSU to get a masters for a while, but since he went to LATech for undergrad.
he hates LSU.
hell he even married a Bama girl and now is a semi-Bama fan.
It is a war every holiday between him and I arguing over college football. Last year he got down right personal with it. Instead of retaliating, I just let him win.
he's the type who always has to get the last word and talk over everyone. ehhh. douche.

True. However, one of the largest if not THE largest contingent of LSU Alumni is in the N.O. Metro area........
There aren't a lot of alumni left from that uptown New Jersey school. They will probably get some from the Gulf Coast or Florida to drive over to S.Claiborne to half fill their marvy new stadium in a few years....and maybe almost fill it for homecoming against Middle Vermont Baptist A&M...
