Yesterday I had to go to Shrevport. I saw 4 dead bears along side the road all between Alexandria and Shrevport. All black bears. Is this common? Could this be because of hunters stirring in the woods this past weekend?

Are you sure about that? I drive I49 regularly and have never seen a dead bear.

I would believe this would be all over the news if there were dead bears alongside the interstate.

I'm going see if I can find something.

They would rather hurl themselves in front of traffic than be associated with the Ole Miss Football Team.

I can believe it, I dont know if there were four bears dead ont eh side fo the road. However, in the spillway we have a serious black bear problem, with multiple sightings of large family units and hundreds of trail cam pics from all over the property. The population is really exploding.

I'd at least gotten a couple coats and bury them.
