Selling beer in TS in 2013?

Ran into a guy who was partying with a big TAF guy in Oxford this weekend? Yes, this is nothing more than a rumor, but just wanted to see if anyone else had heard a similar rumor:
He said we would start selling booze in TS in 2013. The NCAA says that conferences decide on the issue, and obviously the SEC has said "no". But we would do it anyway, and pay the fine each week (between $500k-$1M/week) - b/c we stand to make between $3-5M per game.
Anyone else heard anything like this?

I admittedly have no idea the profit earned on a single beer sold inside of a stadium, it is hard for me to believe that enough beer would be sold to bring in 3-5M per game.

Sounds dubious to me. Besides, I don't think even LSU would make seven figures selling beer in TS.

I think we'd make less than that. About half would buy beer in TS, and have at least 4-5 brews.
$4-8 a beer.

3-5 million seems like a lot, to make 3.2 million everyone in the stadium would have to buy 5 beers each at 7 dollars a pop, but then again this is Tiger Stadium

at 8 bucks a beer it would take EVERYONE in tiger stadium drinking a minimum of 3-4 beer to even come close to what you're saying. and that is EVERYONE in the stadium drinking at least that. I don't think they could risk doing that with the fine. Besides, if they did, then you know the fines would increase after each violation (I would think)
