He got word that Saban knows Bama won't be able to throw on LSU so they will be running a lot of wildcat with TR. Saban used it at Miami against the Pats to pull off an upset. So what does the rant say? Would Saban totally change things up with the bye week? How would LSU handle the wildcat? I say Saban has a history of out coaching himself and just may do it. I don't see TR throwing it out of the wildcat and LSU would be able to defend it well. What I wonder is if Bama spent too much time preping the wildcat that if it doesn't work they may not go back to their regular offense or may struggle with it.

you took him seriously?

seriously.. we'll see a LOT of single back sets with 2 WRs, a TE, and an H-back. a LOT of it.

Well he can be full of shite a lot of times, but it just made me wonder what Saban had up his sleeve for this one.

I think Saban will attack LSU's weak Lbers in every way possible.

I'm already cussing Karnell Hatcher.

They have done well with the wildcat in earlier games, so I could see them using it, but it doesnt take away from their normal offense. Its just a run play up the gut or a handoff around the end, its not rocket science.

They may take some snaps with Richardson in the wc, but it won't be their central game plan IMO

I got word that Miles is gonna put Lee at WR and T-Bob as QB. He thinks Saban won't see it coming.

Let me see if I have this right:

You, who are about as athletic as a rock, are already cussing some one who is a bazillion times more of an athlete and a man than you are for something that may or may not hapen?

Is that about right?

Thanks for clearing that up for us.

I could see this (maybe) as a 2nd half adjustment if Bama is getting beat down. Otherwise, I think Saban stays conservative with a couple of shot at a big play.

The only time Bama ran Wildcat was Trent's last drive in the game at UF. IMO the only reason Saban showed it was to just make LSU prepare for something else. (not that LSU wouldn't prepare for it anyway)
