You cannot even listen to it on the radio.

This topic is stemming from a topic on the OT about a guy missing his mother's funeral because he was on his honeymoon.

What would it take for you to miss it?

Funeral of a no so close friend?

Update: if you have tickets to the game, what would it take to miss it?

Family member in hospital? (but you would probably see it there)

Something else?

It would have to be extremely serious. A funeral or such. I would record the game and watch it right after

Probably a natural disaster, which would impact everyone around me. If not that, something that would make me unconscious or somehow finding myself in jail.

A death in my nuclear family, in progress. A funeral can be postponed.

if I had a funeral for a family or friend or a family or friend were in the hospital, I would miss it.

I had tickets and passed on them....my wife is big and pregnant and has had complications thusfar. I did not want to be so far away should something happen. There's a reason.

Ironman Florida. Signed up last November and didn't check the schedule. I am excited that they moved the game because it gives me a chance. Will have to finish in 12 hours to make kickoff. That will be a challenge for me.
