There was a scene in The Natural where a gambler could guess how much money was in Robert Redford's pocket.

(forgot I broke the $20 I pulled out Saturday on a Diet Coke & 2 Liters of Dasani in Tiger Stadium; but I pulled a random folded up $5 out of the bottom of my slack's pockets when I pulled out my wallet, so I need to recalibrate my answer)

BTW, I knew how much I had in my wallet before I started the thread so I decided to guess my wife's wallet. I guessed $20.
She only had $1.
Good thing I checked out her wallet. She had 3 expired 'proof of car insurance' cards. I threw them away and put the new one in.

Good husband, I do the same thing, except my wife keeps her insurance card in her vehicle.

I've got all the bases covered. My insurance guy sends me duplicates. One in the car and one in the wallet.
BTW, the wife is cashless but she doesn't use the credit card for IRL purchases. She's a check writer. I hate writing checks.

$100-ATM stop yesterday
$101 counting a stray crumpled piece of fiat in my front pocket.
More importantly, received a letter from a CC issuer saying my CC was reported lost and was canceled. Called them up, my card is in my wallet, what is this letter,etc. The little lady's card, which is actually in my name, apparently was found and called in. tirebiter yet again has to have the convo with Mrs. tirebiter---I don't get women sometimes---how does some variation of this happen at least once a year??????
