This isn't a medical redshirt genius. Unless he plays a down this year, he can redshirt.

This from the guy claiming his DNA expert father claims running DNA sequencing on two samples in hand takes 5-10 days.
It usually does.
Were you under a different impression?

Are you under the impression DNA played a role in Jefferson's arrest?

I hold on to the fact that the police have more evidence than people realize.

So that's why it the case has been sent to the grand jury?

Whatever evidence the police turned over to the DA, it obviously wasn't lock solid.

Excuse me, it is now your uncle. Sorry I didn't recall that little detail exactly correctly since it is so relevant to the point being made.

what are you being objective about, you just argued for seeing a second guy in white who could be JJ and because he is a mediocre player, why should people defending him.

then in the next post you talk about being objective.

you really are a joke.

This was a fight, do you how many ways blood and DNA can be transferred from many different individuals to many others thru contact etc.

That said, what is on that video is beyond pathetic by what seems to be LSU football players and the person doing it is pathetic and should be in jail right now.

so from that video, you can tell that it's LSU football players that are involved? Can you see LSU football polos, or some other logo on their clothes? Which player specifically do you recognize?

2nd degree battery is a felony ,which will be decided by a jury. The video clearly creates resonable doubt relative to JJ.It does not need to exonerate him. Evidence of the reasonable doubt can be found in the previous 17 pages. The video clears Josh johns without any doubt. The video also cause Lowery a ton of problems relative credibilty and whether he made a false statement to the po po. If his story was "I was minding my own business and they just grabbed me" then he has some issues The altercation clearly starts in the bar and he is the agressor relative to the girl. This does not exculpate anyone who applied a "curb stomp", but if you are Lowery do you go forward with criminal charges if it requires you to admit that your original statement to the po po was BS?

Cut the crap. Everyone should damn well know that multiple LSU players were involved in a fight and most are getting off with no penalty at all.

I know he technically can dipshit. I said it's not guaranteed.

I've decided to stop responding to you because you're obviously a ruh-tard.

That isn't normally done if they know 100% that they can win.

so the police arrested jefferson based off of what?

let's get this out in the open

Just speculating here based on what the public knows, but in my opinion the arrest warrant was issued on:

1) The accounts given by Long and Lowery implicating Jefferson and Johns, and

2) Medical evidence of injury to Lowery

These two are enough to establish probable cause and all of this is contained in the initial report.

The basis for this is because the only two people identified in the initial report are Jefferson and Johns and the attorney for Lowery stated that the arrest of both Jefferson and Johns is for a battery which took place against Lowery.

Honestly, I seriously doubt the DNA is being used here as the magic bullet to tie everything together, but if you are going to claim expertise or to know how something is done, stop talking out of your arse (referring to the other person, not you).

DNA work can be rushed and initial matches be determined relatively quickly, within a matter of hours. They don't need to sequence the entire genome of the person to match it initially.

its really amazing you think you still have credibility after a comment like this.

This is really you're agenda, isnt it?
All of a sudden you see a second kicker and you want to talk about conspiracy theories.
you should be banned for sucking so much at this.

This! Doc just cares about JJ not being the QB for LSU.
