It was a joke.

But still...Josh Johns could beat me to a pulp and I'd have no clue as to who he was.

Too soon?

Jefferson's father, John Jefferson, said it "would really, really surprise me," if his son was involved. "He's not like that," John Jefferson said. "He doesn't go out very much, and he doesn't drink."

John Jefferson said he was first alerted to the matter this morning when LSU Coach Les Miles' office called because it could not reach Jordan by phone. Jefferson called Jordan, who was sleeping but returned the call 30 minutes later, John Jefferson said.

"He said he didn't know anything about a fight," John Jefferson said. "He told me 'I've been here four years, and I know it ain't worth it. When I see something going down, I leave. I have too much to lose for that.' "

It is NOT self defense of any kind at that point. You can be assured their will be no felony come out of this. Do you realize what it takes for a felony? Not just a simple fist fight with minor injuries. Post Reply • Back to Top

If his nose is broke or fractured he could be charged with a felony.

Sounds like a pretty good reason why the "victim" is meeting with a lawyer before meeting with the police

I grew up with the guy all the way through HS, he's not a violent guy...

He's pretty shy and down to earth

Guys all talking shite, one in the truck and a few outside right at his OPEN window...something happens, someone gets hit, and they grab the door and swing it open and haul his arse otu to exact revenge....possible? yep I have seen this kind of deal play out many times..

Either way, others joining in are guilty of assult or some other possible charges.

IF and I say IF it is determined someone tried to kick a defensless person in teh head while laying on concrete, the DA can use any charge he sees fit all teh way up to attempted (fill inf elony here)

Tell me, why blur your face. If you are telling the truth, is someone gonna retaliate because you got the starting LSU QB off the hook? No

There is no other reason to blur her face. Hell, she may have blurred it because she wasnt there at all and didnt want anyone to notice that.

Seriously? Many witnesses have their faces blurred out at their choice, or an attorneys advice, so that they do not give away their identity for fear of repercussions.

frick, you ever watch 60 Minutes, son?
