Food joints on I-10

In about a month, my wife and I will be cutting across the state from the west on I-10 going all the way across and spending some time on the Mississippi Gulf coast. Looking for some places along the way for po-boys, boudin, shrimp, oysters...even greasy arse hamburgers. Not looking for 5 star restaurants here, just some good food. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd hit Cajun Cafe in Lake Charles instead of Steamboat Bill's. It is more plate lunches though as opposed to deep fried everything.

Peck's, Speckled T's, and Southside are all pretty good in Slidell.

Steamboat Bill's in Lake Charles. A little pricey for what you get but the gumbo is awesome! It's literally right off of I-10.
