I think the photos are free. At least they usually are.
No Landon but a bunch of other high school guys that we at LSU for the 7 on 7 competition.

Photos of camp showed me something I like. Can't take much from it but it is good to see Dwayne Thomas and Landon Collins at the camp together

there's really nothing proprietary about it, you can't report on something happening that is public knowledge and consider it an original work. Editorials and other feature articles are obviously different, but simply reporting that a recruit is meeting with a coach is not original. And I don't think any photos taken by 3rd parties can be considered original unless the person taking them has a license agreement with LSU (not totally sure about this one).
