In 2007 when LSU beat Auburn with a few secs remaining on the clock. I wonder what would have happened if Byrd had dropped the pass. Would that have been a Miles mess up moment like the 09 Ole Miss game and what almost happened with Tennessee.

We would have kicked a FG with :03 left, no worries there.

Better question-

What game made you more upset- 2009 Ole Miss or 2010 Tenn?

We should have won that game by 21 pts. Just another typical miles mistake. He is the worst game day coach In the history of the game. I was at the game and beyond myself in anger. The only time I was more upset was at ole miss when we recovered the onside kick. We deserved to loose both games.

I was in Afghanistan and it was sometime around 4 AM there. I remember watching the final drive and yelling (under my breath so as not to wake anyone up) for them to hurry the f@*k up; especially when JJ came in as the QB. When he started to walk around trying to figure out what to do as time ran down, I threw my Monster drink across the room, jumped up from the chair and actually yelled "hurry up moron". Then I saw the snap go past him and I just slumped back down in my chair in disbelief. I had my head in my hands as I heard the Ref call out the penalty. Then I watched the "untimed down" as if it were in slow motion and thought Ridley would be stopped. I went to work that day having to explain to all my buddies how LSU escaped with a lucky win against a team they should have destroyed.

First of all, I could not believe they were subbing out Lee for Jefferson after that pass. I mean, how hard could it be to hand off the damn ball? What could Jefferson have possibly added to that? Then they were in shotgun and the veins started popping out of my neck, but I didn't lose it cuz my 7 year old was watching with me. Then I saw JJ wandering around the field like a drunk retarded gopher and I lost my shite. Screamed, yelled, cussed as the ball sailed past JJ. I threw my cap and turned off the TV and just laughed thinking about how Miles was going to bumblefrick his way through the post game interviews. I was so tickled by the thought of deciphering his gibberish, I had to turn the TV back on. That's when I saw LSU lined up for another play and it was a real out of body experience when they punched it through. It took me a while to figure out what happened. I felt great but was still pissed at Miles and JJ and myself for acting like a seven year old in front of my seven year old.

The season got better though but it was a while before my son wanted to watch the games. I hope he comes around. Then again maybe its better for him not to get into it that much.

I was in an Arkansas restaurant with my buddy. We were the only two LSU people in there, obviously. When the ball went past JJ, I chugged my full beer and stormed outside cursing every obscenity known to man. An Arkansas homer (who I almost fought in the first quarter) came outside to tell me they were about to replay the down because of a Tennessee penalty. I didn't believe that stupid razorback fan, so I told him to shutup and leave me alone (in much more colorful words). I eventually couldn't contain myself and went back inside to check it out. Saw Ridley pound it in for the TD... Rest of the night is history.

I was watching the game at our tailgate spot, and just praying we didn't melt down like we did in the Ole Miss game. After watching the snap go past JJ and the game ended, I went numb with anger. I've generally always been a mostly Miles supporter, after that play, I just kept saying "this guy needs to be gone...now!" I was the first one to see the flag on TV, and had to get everyone's attention that there'd be another play. We all jumped around and cheered after the winning TD, but we all knew it was one of the luckiest wins ever. Oh well, I'd rather bitch about a lucky win than any kind of loss.

We won but it was pure luck. Tenn. deserved the win. But a blind hog can occasionally find an acorn.

I sat with one of my friends and stared at the TV from the time we lost to the time we won and for probably 10 mins afterward.

We barely said a word, even after we won because we were so disgusted.

My girlfriend broke the silence by saying "you should be happy! you won!"

I gave her look that left here with two black eyes.

Tenn. did not deserve to win that game. Maybe LSU didn't deserve it but Tenn. damn sure didn't deserve the win.

I turned the game off after the "last play" and thought, How the frick could we lose to a team like that? I came home several hours later, saw the final result, and thought, We are the luckiest mofo's in America.

They called a QB run on the next play, and JJ almost got in. FWIW.

Immediately after the fumble, I paused the game. My wife was getting dressed for work and I wanted her to see how LSU completely mind fricked the end of the game. So fifteen minutes later I hit rewind on the DVR to show her and then we watched the madness ensue. We were 15 minutes late to the party and I was extremely pissed about the psuedo loss after it happened but before I knew they actually won.
