I call it "some tobasco on a cracker". Why does it have to have a special name? What do you call cheese on a cracker?

06, add a hunk of hog head cheese on that spicy cracker and you've got what's called a "hog head cheese with tabasco cracker"...it's so good that it'll make your tongue slap your father, who in turn will will punch your mother for no reason other than he has failed at life and hitting women makes him feel strong.

Unfortunately it's no joke. My boss said when he was in LA someone told him that it was called something. I had never heard of it before.

I'm from New Iberia. Tabasco and crackers (Saltines) were on the cafeteria table every day at lunch in High School.
This was back in the day. We had Tabasco eating contests. Open the bottle, drip the pepper on the saltine and eat it. I could eat a Saltine cracker with 20 drops of Tabasco.
I think the sauce was toned down in the 70s or 80s so it's not as hot. I don't eat the stuff any more because it's too much vinegar. I like more pepper taste and less sour.
