Anybody got a restaurant recommendation for French Quarter this weekend?

I've never been to K-Paul's, but have heard great things. So I was thinking about maybe trying that place, but I am open to suggestions to other comparable places.

K-Pauls is good, but maybe a little too touristy expensive for my taste.

Love Pelican Club and Muriels for quarter dining.

fantastic steak, could barely finish half of it.

we did order fries, bacon, and the greens salad with it.

bacon was ridiculously salty, but really good at the same time.

K Pauls does a deli style lunch on Thru-Sat

Not the full blown K-paul experiance. usually Gumbo, salads and sandwiches

I was intrigued, so went there a few months back. For a deli-style lunch, it was excellent.

good friend from Houston goes to New Orleans every year for the French Quarter festival, and always stops by Coops for a meal...need to check it out.

Its wonderful food, just don't get insulted when you don't quite get treated well. PR isn't really their hotspot. but the food is bangin
