Could Britt arrest impact Saints in RD1?

Titans are widely expected in various mock drafts to be taking a DT in RD1.
PFT had a post today talking about the Titans getting worried about counting on Britt as the #1 and his current arrest and prior troubles.
The Titans don't have much WR depth behind him.
Could they look at an AJ Green or Julio Jones at 8 causing the then available best DT available to slide to the next team wanting a DT and a resultant waterfall effect leading to a DT that wouldn't otherwise have been available to remain on the board until the Saints' pick?

We shall see. I don't think it would affect our pick.

Fairley/Darius/Green/JJ were guaranteed to be gone by the Rams pick. The next WR/DT down had a wide range to drop and could have fallen to the Saints anyway. The only way the Titans really throw things off is if the draft the #3 QB (possible) or #3 WR (not a chance).
