I've got one of those camo mini trucks and I'm looking for some parts for it. Does anyone know of a website or place around Baton Rouge that sells parts? Every website I have been to, you have to enter you VIN #, year, model, ect....

I understand you need some of this for specific engine stuff, but all I need is hinges for the tailgate bed.

What do those things cost? I was thinking about getting one to drive back & forth to work. How are they on gas?

are those cabs as tiny as they look? I don't think my old fat aas would "comfortably" fit with boots, overalls, etc, without greasing it before getting in...

I think I got mine for 4 grand. I'm not sure the MPG, but I put 8 gallons in it 3-4 months ago and just added a 5 gallons this weekend. I drive it around my house or at my camp almost every day. If I had to guess, I'd say it gets around 40 mpg's.

Parts are a real bitch. We have one on our shipyard. Not sure where my dad has been getting them.

Yes. I'm only 5'10 and it's not a tight fit but you can't just jump in like you would a normal vehicle, you have to worm around the steering wheel. I'd say if your over 6 foot you'd have a hard time driving them.

Not near BR, but there's a place b/t Eunice and Rayne that has I'd guess 100 of those things. From what I can tell it isn't even a place of business, but I'm sure they deal in parts if you drive up with cash in hand.

a friend and I got in one at the sportsmans show and we were very cramped. Im 6'1 220 and hes 6'5 320 but i wouldnt even want someone else my size riding in there with me.

If it just had a little more cab space it would be awesome

The Japanese are tiny people. They have plenty of room in those luxurious cabins. *Daats Wasis* I dont think they're street legal for whom ever was asking about driving it to work.

I think the more important question would be what does it cost to repair those things.

They are actually now street legal I believe. A bill came up during the last Legislative session addressing this topic, although I can't remember if it passed or not.
