They are not safe. I would not ride in one of these on the roads.

I have little personal experience with them, other than I want one for the camp. However, I've heard that they only have a 3cy engine and top out at 45mph. True or false?

I'd feel safer in this truck than on a motorcycle.

I've got a print out of what I need to do to make it street legal. It's pretty much there now, I just need insurance.

You can only drive them on roads with a posted speed limit of 55 mph or less.

It's got a 660cc engine. Probably pretty accurate on the 45 mph
