Mexican sweet breads. I think they call It pan dulce.


Might not be a hot thing in BR, but I live in Houston. For some reason, Mexicans love the shite out of this crap. If I want bread that's sweet, I'll get a doughnut, a honeybun, or a cinnamon roll.....something that's a bit more than just sweet, hard, bread.

Scallops. I think they taste like whatever you put on them. At their best they are, in my opinion, tofu from the sea: a white flavorless mass. At their worst, they are a fishy gritty turd.
