same here but I don't want it being timid cro cop showing up again. When he was in his prime he would attack but now he is constantly backpedaling

Well, that fight was disappointing for me. I wanted to see Belfort really go after Silva, but that kick was pretty much money and no way anyone takes a kick like that and remembers where the hell they even are.
GSP will have a shot against Silva, but only if he can close distance without getting KTFO and do his usual LnP and grind out a win. Honestly not that exciting to me - another Silva KO or a relatively boring LnP that goes to decision.
Guess Silva is going to need to move up to LHW after GSP if that happens and he wins.
Honestly, I would like to see Belfort win a couple and rematch, but probably will never happen. I still think Victor has the tools to beat him, he got the better of the first exchange and if he had stayed aggressive instead of letting anderson find range and get that quick kick in under his radar, he may have had a chance.

Don't think so. I do not think he is seasoned enough to beat Shogun yet. Most of his fights have been against chumps until tonight. And even tonight his competition would have been owned by Evans, Rampage, Rua and several others.
Shogun has fought everyone at a high level for a long time. In a couple of years, no doubt Jones wins. He is an awesome fighter. Right now, I am not so sure and will go with Shogun.

he said he was 221 lbs last night so no telling how big he was tonight. He does have stick legs but it doesnt affect his wrestling.
