63 best high school football player in America. Still nothing to hang your head about, IMO.

John Clay part II. I'm sticking to that.

Although I rarely do this.....I am agreeing with Prom POV on this one.

I think top 100-150 are all hit or miss. He is in a high caliber of players. One great week could have made him a 5 star. One bad week he is a 4 star ranked 63. Overall he is still a stud nad will dominate in a few years.

That, and didn't he struggle quite a bit during the army practices (or UA, forgot one he was in)?

Don't worry about Kenny. He is going to be one of those players that is better in college than high school. All Kenny needs is a good strenght and conditioning coach. After his Freshman year he will be 200lbs and running 4.5

Brian Perroni on Kenny Hilliard

Brian Perroni: Brandon- Hilliard needs to lose a lot of bad weight. Right now he is not very fast at all and isn't showing the ability to run people over. He could have a hard time making the adjustment from small school ball

pulling CJ and Drew would put us at 5 5stars.

Those two plus Jernigan would have to give us the #1 class

one would be cool, but as much as I think lesticles dropped the ball on the QB clusterfuk this year, I know he can recruit, it wouldn't suprise me if he pulls two or three of that group

Good comparison Prom. Hilliard is like a runaway truck when he's healthy. Bigger and stronger than Chuck Scott at the same age. Moffit will do wonders with Kenny IMO.

Hilliard will never be 200lbs again, too big of a frame

If he can get down to a hard 240lbs he can be effective. he's too fat right now and not solid where he needs to be. 2 years from now he will be trucking people.

I wonder which if they based this off of a.) bad week of practice at the all star game, b.) his injury or c.) going to a program that will probably be sanctioned and not very good when he is a senior, so they dropped him so people don't question the rankings?

Hilliard has some time to adjust, we don't need him to be the starting back right away. He could easily be a redzone short yardage battering ram until he gets into the right kind of shape.
