See I disagree. LSU was a national power in the 50s, 60s, 70s and early 80s and had a lull inlate 80s and the 90s.

As far as you remember, LSU was nothing before Saban, but that is clearly an incorrect statement based on the actual historical record.

Cowherd is delusional. He thinks he knows about football and pretty much everything else, including how a fan base feels about their head coach and how a town that I'm sure he's never lived in is delusional. He's obsessed with his own image. Even SVP makes fun of him for being a complete tard. He is either trying to sway Miles into going to Michigan by stoking a fire, or he's trying to ruffle the feathers of some, admittedly, emotional fans. He may succeed at both because, frankly, people are stupid. But I would venture to say that LSU fans, as a whole, love Les, appreciate all that he's done, and don't want to see him go. Now, Gary Crowton... that's a different story. But what really gets me is that Cowherd doesn't want to hear other people's comments. He has a call-in line for the simple purpose of yelling at the caller. I change the channel when he comes on and so should the rest of us.

To this day, I fail to understand why anyone cares what a media talking head says or thinks about LSU. ESPN is the MTV of sports. They were something new and exciting at first, then they got too full of themselves and started to believe their own hype. Both eventually turned into a joke.

I'd like to bitch slap that pointy nose MF half the time. What kind of man has a girl on his tv show that shows him up half the time. What a weeny !
