Judging from the silence, I guess crowton will be back in 2011. Maybe we will move into the top 100 in offense.

I think that is a poor assumption.

What silence is that? The silence that results from Miles' refusal to manage his personnel issues publicly? The only downside of that silence continuing is that it gets filled with mindless blatherings on boards like this one.

I completely agree. Who needs RBs to compete in the SEC anyways? [end sarcasm]

Do we really want another OC whose offensive philosphy in no way meshes with that of the HC?

I don't see how being right one time out of a hundred makes you a "source". You should just "page Jesus" and hope for a stock tip while you're at it.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Miles start delegating more as he gets older.... in other words, I believe Miles will eventually give pretty much total control of the offense if he can find a guy that he trusts like he has with the defense/Chavis (ala Bobby Bowden, Mack Brown).

It's a natural progression of a head coach. Actually, I think Miles for the most part let Crowton run the offense and call all the plays in 2010.

Yes. Miles could hire SFP and let him call plays based on a xbox360 game and we'd be better off than keeping Crowton.

BP's track record is a tad better than that.
