We have beaten 3 teams that are currently ranked.

#16 Alabama
#21 MSU
#22 WVU

All wins were at home in Tiger Stadium.

WVU as evidenced tonight is clearly dog shite.

What are we hanging our hat on? A squeaker at home over a 3-loss Bama team currently ranked #16 in the nation?

At the time, the Florida win was big, but I'd say Bama!

obviously Bama. It made people think that Les Miles is a good coach all over again.

He did out-coach Saban. I would have never believed it, but there it was.

Without a doubt, Bama was our biggest win. Florida proved to be a flop this year, so the win just doesn't look as good in retrospect. NC and UWV were not on the the level as the LSU-Bama game.

If LSU loses to Bama, the tide are a 2 loss team and BCS bound with a close loss to the BCS national champ team. Its hard to say big win when you beat a team and they drop in the rankings. If LSU doesnt give up a fluke TD with 6 seconds left in 1st half and beat Arkansas is that a big win? Your negative outlook on a 2 loss season in the SEC is pretty weak. THEY ARE ALL BIG WINS!!! Bama is obviously the biggest win, but many of LSU wins are against bowl teams.

This may be the most impressive team as an entire body of work since the first National Title in the late 50s. Two losses by a combined 15 points to #1 and #6 on the road is tons more impressive than the '07 team and arguably more impressive than the '03 team losing to a down Florida team with a freshman QB...at home during a very down year for the SEC.

The Arkansas game still frustrates me because we were flat...and probably the better team. Auburn just flat out beat us.

Miss St proved to be pretty good win. Alabama was HUGE for the team, our outlook and our fanbase. And as really a fanbase only matter Ole Miss was a big one. Tiger nation would have not been able to sustain losing to the Rebs again.
