What is your biggest pet peeve while watching movies with others?

When they freaking get up and go to the kitchen or bathroom right in the middle of the movie... It's even worse when they insist that you not pause the movie for them... grinds my gears.
Specifically a movie that I've seen before and think is awesome, and I want them to think it's awesome too...

My wife does this shite to me all the time. Drives me insane. But good to know I'm not the only one that acts like this.

+100000000
Especially during a movie that I've already seen and am watching again just so she could see it. It's like a slap in the face.

asking questions about the movie I just like to watch it and have no distractions so the phone ringing would be anoying too but noone calls after I start watching them so that never bothers me
but I had a film teacher who was pretty crazy when it came to movies, he would turn off all of his phones and he and his wife would not talk at all during the movie. He believed this thing called willing suspension of disbelieve, and he took it very seriously IDK if it applies but that's what he said it was

I just watched "The Town" with my parents.
1. Talking.
2. Getting up, doing dishes, pausing the movie, etc.
Annoys the ever living frick out of me.

I hate when they ask question after question. If you would just WATCH THE MOVIE your questions would be answered

I'm with you superman. The other thing that drives me absolutely crazy, is the Inappropriate Emotional Response Guy that makes you wonder if the person is a sociopath. You know these people, they just don't understand the magnitude of the tragedy that is unfolding in front of their eyes, chuckling their way through Schindler's List.
Historically Illiterate Guy gets me too. You need a pause button to explain why Custer didn't have air support and such...

Quoting it too often. Once, twice, three times... acceptable.
Every 5 minutes? Obnoxious.

See, if it's a movie that I am really looking forward to, I see it prior without distraction. Seeing a movie with people means annoying distractions are a given.
But my pet peeve is the questions that would be answered if they just wait like 1 minute.

Asking questions, talking in general

This used to get to me too, but after awhile I just said frick it and decided to enjoy one of my favorite films and not care if they like it. They are wasting their time, not mine haha.
I personally hate it when I'm watchin a movie I've never seen with someone who's seen it many times and every 5 minutes they say "Watch this part, its awesome", or "look, look, LOOK" if I take my eyes away for 1 second... I ESPECIALLY hate it when they build up a movie so much and it sucks.

when they ask questions that the movie will surely answer if you give it 5 more minutes

I could care less if they have to go to bathroom, that happens. I hate the ones that ask questions (even if I haven't seen movie yet either), the ones who insist on making comments on what is going on, the ones who yell at TV, the ones who get up and leave only to come back and ask more questions, and the ones who need to pause the movie every few minutes to answer cell, cook, eat, make a drink, etc.

Ms Wafer waits until I FF through the commercials and THEN starts asking about what happened in the previous episode. Right about when in pressing play.
