Went there the other night. Liked the decor and the food was ok but disapointed they would not budge on substitutions. Asked if they could put turkey meat like the meat they have on their BLT instead of the corned beef on the Reuben. The nice waiter checked with the cook and said no. But when they were out of the bread the sandwich came with they just brought it with another bread of their choosing instead of checking with us.

Oh, I also asked they not bring the fries that come with it since I won't be eating them, they came with it anyway. No big deal but I thought it was funny when the waiter said "I know you didn't want the fries but that's how it comes so I couldn't take it off"

I went for lunch yesterday. Not that impressed. The chicken and veggie skewers were very disappointing, in both size and flavor. The rest of the food looked pretty good, and I liked the chips and curry.

Also, it turns out Grimbergen on tap is exactly like Grimbergen from the bottle.

It is supposed to be a British themed place with dark beer and foods like shepard pie. I hear it is pricey but a good experience over all.

if this is anything like the one in Dallas then it's awesome, but it sounds like they're becoming a little more commercialized.

Went again tonight for the 2nd time.

From the get go our server was a witch with a capitol B. The men folk wanted a certain seasonal beer that they were out of. They asked what she recommended in the way of beer in place of the seasonal, she replied the Grimbergen but if they wanted to know the price then they shouldn’t order it (the thought never crossed their minds to ask). A friend was with us for his 1st time and asked her why she was so “blunt” and she replied she was pregnant and did not feel like putting up with anyone’s crap. To say the least she pissed the table off from the get go. Sorry we did not know that being there, opening our wallets for the establishment and toward her lively hood was such a hassle.

Our table had:
Chips and Salsa: sweet with and afterbite
Fish/Chips (the fish smelled strong but still tasted ok)
A kids chicken tender (the kid would not eat & said it tasted spoiled),
Steak Sandwich (was very good)
Burger with egg & avocados (taste was great but avocados were not ripe)
Sliders: Nice concept but the Brie and sun dried tomatoes were non-existent.

For 7:00 on Saturday night the place was dead compared to our first visit 2 weeks ago. I never saw see a manager this time walk through the place or visit any tables.

I will give a new place a few weeks to work out the kinks and at least 3 visits to either be a loyal guest or write them off. The place has a lot of potential but I think they need to learn the golden rule of the restaurant biz “the guest is always right” AKA the guest is your pay check”.

Games with no commercials are terrible. Yeah, for required TV timeouts and ridiculous two minute warnings. A football game has an hour of playing time with about twelve minutes of action. It takes over three hours for completion. I hate games that are true to the time placed on them.

it's awesome when these places fill up at a set time and two hours later on the dot, the place is empty.

Not impressed with this place. It's not worth going especially with much better options in the area that care about their customers.
