Foods that taste good and are "good for you"

Spare me the everything in moderation speech. Yes I know in theory eating a bowl of ice cream could be good for your calcium intake if you offset the rest of it with low calorie foods. That's not what this thread is intended to be about.
So given that, I suppose I should define some basic criteria.
Let's say for the purposes of this discussion foods that are "good for you" are low to medium calorie density, and offer something else beneficial such as protein, calcium, vitamins, etc.
What are some foods that you genuinely enjoy (as much as something as sinful as ice cream or bacon) that would meet this criteria? Doesn't necessarily have to be a single food item. It can be a dish.
I'll start with a couple examples that I like:
Bananas (although I seem to get sick of them quickly)
Chicken Saagwala (sp?)
Beef and turnip stew if it's done right
Some sushi/sashimi (I know some of it is high in caloric content)
Egg drop soup

I'm with you on the edamame. You can find them shelled and. Use them more that that. Add them to salads or anything else.

Try that sliced cucumber which I like peeled with a little rice wine vinegar or salad vinegar and little salt and lemon pepper. Had this Monday through Friday from 1963-1990. Great stuff.

Speaking of sliced cucumbers, a ceviche salad is quite healthy and refreshing. We make this at home with store bought kani, cucumbers, lime, jalapeno, cilantro and sea salt and it usually turn out amazing.

Hard Cheeses Like Parmesan, Romano and some Asiago.
The Harder The Cheese, The Lower The Fat Content.
Its high in Protein, Calcium and also high in flavor if you buy the right brands. Also high in Salt, so beware and use in moderation. So use 2 tablespoons of high grade Parmesan instead of that handful of shredded cheese and you will save calories.
