Looking for a good bottle of sipping booze for the holidays. I usually drink Jameson/Jameson SR/makers/makers 46 so anything but those. TIA

I second the Blanton's. A little pricey but it is worth every penny.

when i posted this question, alot of folks were mentioning Eagle Rare and Makers 46. I went with the makers only because i couldn't find Eagle rare.

50-55$ seems like the going rate for Blanton's. Last time I had it my father-in-law finished the bottle. That might be why I didn't remember the cost.

You can't go wrong with anything recomended here. I like the original Maker's as much as the 46.
