Worst QB in LSU history, but played great in 2 bowl games. Doesn't have what it takes to win in a SEC regular season.

We win in spite of him. Heisman??? you have to be out of your mind.

Think about it - he's going to the QB for an excellent team. He's incredibly talented and has overcome a lot of adversity and finished the season strong.

That shite you are drinking and smoking is illegal!! Put it down, get off the ledge and back off!!!

One game does npot make a season!!

You've seen the guy play poorly and you've seen the guy play brilliantly. Players like Vince Young and Cam Newton didn't blow up until later. Jordan Jefferson is not at all out of the question.

You see the guy run lately? He's not the tentative JJ we'd seen for awhile. When he goes, it's decisive, effective, and FAST. And he threw some perfect passes to Toliver. Dude's legit.

1. NO. NO frickING WAY, actually.

2. This is my prayer for LSU:
Mett is able to master the playbook this spring and summer,
and JJ will not even fricking start vs Oregon.

I've heard of optimism but this is just ridiculous. Jordan Jefferson will be lucky to start next season - he has 2 good games and now all the sudden lets put him up for the Heisman?? It's always good to be optimistic - but how about being realistic also?

you mean the one where they talk about QBs that just have to be servicable in order for their teams to win? Yes. He will be in that conversation...IF he's the starter.

If you want to win the heisman, then don't be like _________________ at LSU. Yep, he will be in the conversation........

I think JJ needs to be a little more concerned about being the best quarterback on his team first...as I remember correctly, this was the same quarterback who had a stretch of 4 games under 100 yards passing, had 5 TD passes going into the Cotton Bowl, and got benched, mid-season for none other than Jarrett Lee. Just because he played well in a bowl game that he had a month to prepare for doesn't mean he is all of a sudden some football god.

That might be the only possible explanation for you posting this. Didn't DeadFish get the banhammer about the time this account was established? Is that you DF?

I'm not reading 10 pages of probably what I'm about to say. He had 3 good games out of 13. His numbers overall suck. Can he be a Mathew Stafford and turn it around his last year...maybe...but most likely not.

With his newly raised ESPN profile I think this is relevant again. Keeping this going all season long.

If he puts up the same numbers as last year, we win 10+ games. If he gets 200+ passing per game, we can win them all. If he puts up elite QB/ heisman numbers, we could be talking about dominating EVERY game! Plus, it will blow my mind, and Krags will get major props.
