I have used G5 Tekken 2 and have no problem. Get a lot of blood. I changed to Montec fixed broadhead and shot a hog and a doe last week. Didn;t have any blood at the site of the shot for either one. Goin back to the Tekken 2!!!!

How many pounds are you pulling? If its less then 60 you may want to stay away from them. I have shot spitfires in the past and I would NEVER shoot them again. Horrible broadhead. I now shoot Rage and so far I am happy. They give you a great entry wound, which was the reason I didn't like the spitfires. I used to shoot thunder heads and never really had a problem with them, just took a while to tune them up. With the Rages I don't have to tune them as much.

I shoot rage 2 blade and really like them. I shot a doe opening weekend and she didn't go 10 yards, the entrance hole was huge.

I'M shooting ~60#. The only other thing I've ever used was a muzzy fixed blade.

I shoot Rage 2 blades and love them. Leave a huge entrance hole and have done the job on the last 3 deer I have shot.

And Montecs might fly good but they are not good in my opinion unless you sharpen the blades. Out of the pack they are dull and don't leave a good blood trail from the 2 deer I shot it with.

Rocket Steelhead 100. You will have trouble getting the arrow out of the ground on the other side of the deer.

Well, that's the reason there is vanilla and chocolate,, ford and chevy, etc. etc...
I've been shooting spitfires ever since they came out and love them. It's funny how everyone here has their own brand and swear by them..

Shot a doe last Friday and my trusty Spitfire didn't expand. Deer only went about 50 yards nonetheless

I will not change from them. I will take better care of my equipment. The heads were from last year. I should have oiled them or worked them to make sure they were working properly.

not familiar with spitfires, but I know a lot of people think that about grim reapers when in reality the slowing of the arrow provides enough force for them to close back after they have gone through the animal.

Could that happen with spitfires?

I suppose it could. The blood trail was easy to follow and I found my arrow 20yds into the trail with one blade open and two closed. Like I said before, I will not change because I had good luck with this brand.

YES, unless it has a bunch of mud or stuff caked in it, I find most of mine closed back up...
