No alcohol but once a week has certainly helped me start dropping it quicker

Apparently the yohimbine works best with low intensity fasted cardio. We will see.
You are correct. Also if you take small doses throughout the day. I know I have an article bookmarked at home somewhere discussing this. I think it's part of an IF Lean Gains article. I'll post later.
I can't 100% say what has and has not contributed to my great success the last 2 or so months, but I believe the "fat burners" I'm taking definitely help. I've never been able to curb my appetite, but I for sure feel more focus and energy in the gym.

Intermittent Fasting.
Eat a full day's worth of calories in a 6-8 hour window every day, fast the rest.
Recommended to coincide with a high protein diet and a heavy weight lifting routine. I love it because I was already doing it. And my job was basically forcing me to not eat in the morning anyway. My routine:
Eat between 1-9 PM
Fast between 9-1 PM next day
Workout in morning before work
Taking in roughly 16-1800 cals
At least 1g protein/lb of body weight. Or goal bodyweight.
Here's a pretty good thread from the OT about it.

What fat burners have you been using? From everything i have read, yohimbine doesnt do much unless your bodyfat levels are pretty low. Hopefully mine are not to high for it to be ineffective.

I've read the same about yohimbine. I never really took it because of that reason, but fairly certain I could now.
I'm using a stack that's primarily made up of supplements made in Lafayette.
N-Motion
Currently stacking Up Speed and Thyro Inferno from them and a test booster Pro Test. Also stacking Chiseled with it which could be considered another type of fat burner.
And of course coinciding with a good protein powder, high protein diet, and a good workout routine.
ETA: And taking BCAA's before my morning work out during my fast

Ive heard some say that yohimbine isnt very effective unless your under 10%. That doesnt really make since though.

I know it's been working for you, but the 8 hour consumption window seems too long to me. Its like just skipping breakfast then having lunch and supper. Many people skip breakfast everyday and don't consider it fasting. However by that definition, I guess it is. I do see how it can work if you're doing it daily with with calorie restrictions though.
I go for the 24 hour supper to supper fast once or twice a week. I was doing it twice but after three months Mosely (5and2) says once is sufficient to maintain. I'm 23 hrs into one now and can really feel the shedding.

Have yet to try a 24 hour fast. And I agree with you on the most people skipping breakfast. And essentially yes they are fasting. But I think what makes it work compared to most people just skipping breakfast is the caloric restriction, macro's make up, and exercise "routine" if you will. Honestly I was basically doing this before by just not eating breakfast because I was lazy, but I was also snacking like crazy in the afternoon and evening and not keeping a consistent caloric intake. I'd do alot one day, not enough the next.
Possible tl;dr sorry
But I do want to try and 5and2 method eventually

You know how your weight fluctuates up and down 3 pounds or so? You know how sometimes you step on the scale and the down fluctuation is lower than you have ever seen it meaning are moving in a consistent downward direction? Yes that was me this morning. Dropped another pound

I do a 6 hour window. noon - 6pm mon-fri. 1600 cals, usually in the form of a protein shake and 2 big meals, then 18 hour fast.
