186/171.6/Able to see my abs

Changed my goal to a non weight goal. I've never really had abs. At least visible abs. So that is now my goal. Don't care what I weigh to have them. I want them.

One week straight of IF everyday. I'm enjoying it. Hungry at times in the morning but it passes. Looking leaner. Feeling good. Staying just as strong.
I'll be going to Nola this weekend though. Probably be the first time I kind of "cheat" in over a month. Wish me luck

Happy Friday and goodluck

I like the no weight goal, my goal isn't the weight but inches off the waist.... I would stay this weight if I could fit back in my 32 pants again

Intermittent Fasting.

Eat a full day's worth of calories in a 6-8 hour window every day, fast the rest.

Exactly what Hulk said. Recommended to coincide with a high protein diet and a heavy weight lifting routine. I love it because I was already doing it. And my job was basically forcing me to not eat in the morning anyway. My routine:

Eat between 1-9 PM
Fast between 9-1 PM next day
Workout in morning before work
Taking in roughly 16-1800 cals
At least 1g protein/lb of body weight. Or goal bodyweight.

I find the eating everything in 8 hours harder than not eating for 16.

In for my bi yearly check in...

As a tubby bastard with a binge eating problem, I decided to get a little help and have been doing nutrisystem for 3 months now.

down 35 pounds from 313 starting to 278 now.

When I started my diet, I did Nutrisystem. I did it for 4 months and lost 50 lbs. Really helped me kick start the rest of the "lifestyle change".

Good luck

really pretty happy with my current weight. just kicked up my ab workout in the last 2 weeks. Started doing the ab ripper workout from p90x 4 days/week and it's making a difference in waist and starting to see some definition. This is in addition to my normal workout.
