Was 326 on Monday then started jump roping like a mo fricker. Along with starting working out at anytime. Man I haven't worked out in like 8 years and man that first workout put an ungodly burn on me.

Any of you do any bike riding? Looking for a iPhone mount for my bike, any recs?

I don't bike but I just looked on amazon and searched "iPhone bike mounts" and saw some from 20-35 bucks. I mainly do rowing and walking for cardio.

I ride surface streets so I don't like to have music on when biking. Not trying to get run over.

Back on the Low-Carb routine since Tuesday. Anyone else use Smoothie King's Gladiator mix. Am doing 2 shakes a day, with 1 meal of meat for a while.
