I hope he savors the huge ovation I expect he'll receive from the crowd. This kid is beyond mature. Despite some of those horrible INT's his freshman year, I greatly admired his courage facing the music after the games with the media. I also was ashamed for the treatment he received from a large number of the "fans..." I wish nothing but the best to JL & JJ, but if anyone deserves a warm reception from TS it is him. Feel free to pile on smart asses...

Speaking of the 22 page QBthread that clearly states 'DO NOT START ANOTHER QB THREAD'
Thanks though!

He has certainly been the center of attention in a negative way and he gutted it out. I know I will be cheering him and all the other guys on.

I have put most of the responsibility for the SECs worst rated offense last year on our coaches. I have defended JJ against the Negatigers and defended JLee against the supposed Positigers. I agree with everything you said. It the players job to do his best all the time. It's the coaches job to pull the kid when he can't get it done. If our QBs can't get it done then it's up to the coaches to teach them how, find another player who can, or recruit someone who can. Well said.

Thank you. I put a lot of thought into it.

Dude will get an ovation bigger than Shaq being announced.

Guess you didn't see the thread at the top that says NO STARTING ANYMORE QB THREADS

Guess you can't read what Chicken wrote. This thread does not express any opinions on who is better or either qbs ability. He is complementing a kid for sticking around when he had no reason to. You have to take your hat off for Lee. He must really love LSU.

Given that quitting under these type situations is a VERY common human phenomenon, ESPECIALLY among younger people, then yeah, it is worth taking note when someone chooses to stick it out when they do not have to.
Getting booed by 90K people by 90K people when you're 19-20 yrs old aint very easy. I would argue that the vast majority of people his age could not handle such a situation and would run for the exit.

there should be an ovation for either guy, I want to see whoever plays do well period, and our fans should realize that thier attitude will reflect in the players on the field, whether it be JJ or JL we should show our support.
