Not what happened. It was a double move. CB's in the NFL get burned on the double move because they jump the route. It's called being aggressive. Those that don't know shite about football and blame everything on coaching should really just STFU.

UNC O had not done anything the whole game and were pinned on their own 3, what better time and situation could there possibly be to play some youngsters?
If LSU did everything perfect everytime some of you wouldn't have anything to do in life except complain that we beat someone 48-0 instead of 56-0.

absolutely. we have no right to complain about being one six yard toss away from losing to UNC's practice squad after securing a 20 pt lead.

Is that why they left a freshman corner man-to-man on UNC's best receiver?
It was man with over the top safety help...

Manwich, Dunbarton already said he's forgotten more than you'll know, and follows the football program very close. So get out of here with those facts you punk

How many of their suspended players are projected 1st round draft picks? The 2nd team probably isn't that far off from them.

Was I satisfied with the outcome? Yes in case you didn't know LSU won.
Was I satisfied with the 2nd half execution? No.

Mine aren't for sale. You don't have to wear PnG glasses to see that the team is showing signs of improvement over last year. It was the first game of the season and against a good opponent. We didn't have a tune up against an FCS team.

2 words for you .... Anger Management

You clearly have some issues that need to be worked through. I suggest you see someone about this before it's too late. I fear you are one tick away from loading up your truck with a pipe bomb and driving into a negatiger tailgate, while screaming something about how much smarter you are than everyone else.

Um...it was THE PLAYER who screwed up. Players actually make mistakes sometimes, you moron. But don't let this cool your hatred for Miles one bit, I'm sure you could do a much better job....a-hole.

That 97 yard TD pass was not an individual mistake. I am sorry. It took two players being out of position for that to happen as the safety was just as responsible.

It all goes back to coaching, but players made mistakes. People just need to realize that when a team consistently makes the same types of mistakes over and over, it is due to coaching.

It may have been Chavis's bad call, so Miles should blame him.

losing to UNC's practice squad
Do they have a different scholarship rule than we do? It's 85 right? They had about 10 guys on their 2 deep out. We had about 5. They still didn't start a freshman at the beginning of the game and we did. Also, we still played more freshman overall than they did. We were clearly the younger team but it was their practice squad, right? You do realize all 85 scholarship players at a ranked BCS program are good players and not scrubs/practice squad or any other bullshite you want to make up... I guess all those back-up players that have been learning from all those all world first round players didn't know how to play football.

We were all on the sidelines telling them that this was the time they were going to take a deep shot. We got that communicated to the field, but the difference is they didn't understand exactly what we were saying.

What college DB wouldn't "understand" what that meant? Miles is a liar.

I bet you almighty Saban would have said the exact same thing

Remember the blown coverage by an experienced CB in the bowl game against Iowa. Seems that Saban was the coach.Les Miles can't win for losing with some folks.

You get to read one of his posts last night? He basically alluded to if he saw one of these young punks and bumped into one of them, if they smarted off to him that he would love to knock their teeth down their throat. Dude needs serious help.

Except that Bob the Terrible was an alter and a big joke.

I don't really know who that is, but do his posts remind you of Bob? Because, when you start sayin crap like you would love to knock someone's teeth down their throat on a message board, that's taking it a little too far. He doesn't sound like he's joking. Were bob's posts that way?

NOT EVEN CLOSE! You do not put a freshman on an island in that situation and HOPE he isn't fooled. The other team is PRAYING you do just that!

#1. Claiborne is not a freshman.
#2. Are you suggesting that we never play man to man with Claiborne? Are you suggesting that we only play zone?

People left at halftime back in the day when LSU had a big lead

No they didn't. Some left at end of third quarter or middle of fourth during blow outs, but at least they stayed and watched halftime. NOT like this crap you see today with all the new Corporate tickets, "wine and cheese-see and be seen" crowd that are only interested in using their attendence at LSU football games as a status symbol. They could really care less about all this stuff we talk about on a daily basis here. Makes me .

I still attend MOST of the night games and it's NOT the same. Still gets loud and it's louder than 99% of the college stadiums, but not quite the intensity from start to finish as what it used to be. That can't be denied. Glad I was there in the "Roman Coliseum Gladiator" Tiger Stadium days.......
