It's douches like you that make every other school think that Tech has some type of God complex. Would I like to see Tech join CUSA, sure. Do I think they could compete for the conf championship year in & year out, no. They could in the Sunbelt. Personally I don't care how they go. Even if they end up as an Independent, that's fine too. Here we go. I'm gonna defend myself. And you can even ask Henderson. I joined this board as an LSU fan. I was raised that way. I'm also a UL student (UNIVERSITY OF LOUISVILLE...LUSLZ!). The longer I've attended, the more they've grown on me. They're in my heart now. Go ahead...why don't you ask Henderson, or myself for that matter, who I pulled for in last season's UL-LSU game? That's right...Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns. So...seriously...get fricked by an AIDS dick. You're stupid and annoying, and give all Tech fans a bad name.

Okay let me offer you guys a confessional here, since we sound like we need a big group man-hug and to sing some Kumbaya and make up before someone breaks their keyboard...
I've been to ULM and ULL games every now and then and I don't actually personally have any harsh feelings toward either of them. It's understood Tech fans have a different mindset than ULL and ULM fans have. Oh, and Tulane people don't typically pull for LSU either, but I don't see Tulane bashing threads on here. I just like to have fun with you guys because you love to start crap on here to try and lower Tech. It comes off as horrible penis envy, and is a perfect target for me to slam you. I don't have any ULM games planned, but I will probably go see the OK State at ULL game before I head to Ruston for one of our home conference games, and I won't be cheering for the Cowboys to beat you either.
You guys are the ones that need to lighten up. Frankly, if there was a discussion saying that ULL or ULM was doing great and possibly being invited to some other conference, I'd say, "well good for you guys!" You're being the little girls for making all the Tech-bashing comments to start with. I'm sure our teams will play each other again some time (ULL turned us down for a money game at LSU), and when we do, you can bet your arse I'll be there, and lots of good tailgate food and beer will be shared.

I'm gonna ignore all the bullshite flying back and forth and ask this question...
How do you think Tech would fit in the MAC?
They would still have the same issues travel-wise and would not have any regional competition unless they brought at couple of teams with them.
But, the MAC is at 13 teams now, so they need either 1 or 3 more teams to make it even.
