Tell me...
Why is it that when you're in the midst of the conference you're affiliated with is crumbling, you have a willing taker in a conference, you find yourselves too good to quote "lower" yourself to that conference?
Jay Walker out of Lafayette radio just reported that a source told him that Louisiana Tech has given the Sun Belt front offices a list of prerequisites that the conference must meet in order for Tech to join.
What the frick kinda uppity shite does this university think it is made of?

I used to not hate tech until one of my friends went there and made it sound like an oasis in the desert of the sunbelt... I hope they go there and ulm/Ull both kick the shite out of them

Why not go to the sun belt? LA Tech has a better chance at winning the sun belt than the WAC

Tech is probably just waiting for ULM to close down and then make the move to Sunbelt if they can't get into CUSA.

All this talk of moving to the SUN BELT is premature. Partly because we have no idea what the SUN BELT or the rest of the conferences will look like next year

Didn't know we were talking about Louisville in this thread.
I don't see what's so special about C-USA, the Sun Belt is going to surpass them when Houston and UTEP leave. Unless they get Mid Tenn, than that might change everything.

The administration at Tech has already said there's no way on Earth we'd go to the Sun Belt.
