Position player WR,RB or whatever would everyone still be having this "LSU will never win another game" reaction?

What's funny is that I consider myself a pretty big fan and I had no idea who this zach lee was til I was browsing the rant late last year. If I had stayed off this site I wouldn't have heard about him till this past month. The overkill of data overload magnifies everything.

no, actually, the funny thing about it is that we have 5 punters and 4 kickers but only 2 scholarship qbs + russell shepard

it's not Miles' mistakes that bother me, it is Miles' repetition of the mistakes that bothers me.

No. You see quarterbacks are far more important than any of those other positions. Also, quarterbacks almost never step in as freshman and succeed.

You see, top programs should always have a couple of qb's waiting in the wings to. . . .

You know what, nevermind. You're right.

yes, If Reuben Randle had not signed with LSU it would have been this bad or worse.

Another out of state non-quarterback, probably not.

Can I just comment that your question is completely irrelevant? Even if you hadn't exaggerated the point ("never win another game"), it still wouldn't make sense. QBs are obviously different from those other positions.

Depends on the depth chart at that position.

No one is getting the point. Everyone is putting the whole season on a QB who was unproven, and for the majority was unheard of before this weekend. How many of you know the name of his H.S.?

What in the hell are you talking about?

No one with half a brain thought Zach Lee would take any meaningful snaps this season. The issue is the depth chart going forward.

No one is doing that. We are talking about the future of the program and having too few qb's on the roster. You are building a straw man.

ding, ding, ding.

My god, we are so deep at WR and RB. It would not have nearly the same impact. If Garrett were still here AND had a "want" and the skill to take over the position, then this would not be nearly as bad.

I understand what you are saying and although I am not a nega-tiger..."the sky is falling" type of fan, I think everyone is not concerned so much about this season or next, but after that is why people are freaking out...Lee was the only QB we signed last year so therefore we may be forced into starting a young kid (Rivers) before he is ready...that being said there is alot of time and decisions to made that could alleviate alot of those issues...just clearing up what I think all the "tards" are crying about so much...
