telling favre on sportscenter the best thing to do is wait until after the vikings play the saints to come back because of the way the saints destroyed him in the playoffs

I would lose all respect for favre if he pulled some shite like that. what kind of competitor would do some shite like that? hard to believe a tough player like bruschi would say some shite like that. how stupid.

I hope he does so he can get destroyed all over again and be finished for the rest of his NFL life!

I loved it last year when he was so sure the Pats were going to beat us in the Dome. After the loss he made every excuse in the book and avoided his prediction.

Nice to see yall dumping on Bruschi, the guy might not be a great announcer/talking head, but classiest and one of the best middle linebackers of the past 10 years.

He was a great gamer and locker room leader, props.
As a commentator he talks okay. What I think is that he is still too personally attached to the Pats and the game in general. This skews his bias too strongly and how his opinions are elucidated. I would call it a strong player perspective. That can be interesting but it takes a broader more balanced view to understand the nuances of success or what is good or not. I would cite the many (not all) great players who have failed as coaches. Often the benchwarmers (Payton) or coaches sons (Belichick) who spend more time watching than playing become better coaches- or analysts.

I honestly thought they turned him into a Boston only guy. I'll admit, he's not exactly great behind the mic, but I admire the hell out of the guy.
