Legit! It was probably the best I have had in BR. I got goosebumps as soon as I saw their oven flaming behind the counter. The crust was great. The sauce was better than average. And the cheese and meats were excellent.

yeah, it's relaly good at some locations.

one on Magazine in Nola is usually really good.

the one on Veteran's was terrible both times i have tried it.

the ones in Cali are really good, but they charge by the ounce so it usually costs more.

I know some here despise him, but credit where credits due

John Folse makes the Pizza Dough for Whole Foods Baton Rouge and Magazine in Nola.

Not the Veteran's or Dallas Locations

This. Several of the Dallas locations have shitty pies and it's always the crust that I take offense to.

Thanks for the link!

Their dough is actually frozen and I think I know someone who can get a case for me.

I have bought it. You can get it frozen or ready to go. It's pretty good.

Where's the ready to go dough? Last time I was there I could only find the frozen, and the workers at the pizza counter looked at me like I had 3 eyes when I asked if they had fresh dough for sale.

I do not agree. The last couple times I have had their pizza, it was not as good as Deangelo's.

In that case, I'll get pizza from the Metairie location. Hope that's okay with Mr. Folse's attorney.

tastes like Chuck E. Cheese. even if the dough were great they bury it in WAY too much cheese and sauce and serve you a sloppy pile of mush.
