TA, in all fairness, despite plenty of good chinese joints in Nawlins, the PF Chang in the mall off Vets, is always spilling out the door.

I personally don't find PF Changs as inadequate as some posters, but certainly would prefer some East or 5.

Ate at P.F. Changs in Houston..it was eh at best. Not an oriental working in the joint. All Mexicans, from the hostess to the dishwasher. You would think there be a couple of asians slinging food in the kitchen, but from what i could see, nope.....

Why would anyone in Houston go here when all those great real Chinese places are available. Houston has an absolutely incredible china town (suburb I guess).

First off, I like PF Changs- it is a good chain place....
2nd off...every single place in the US has an infatuation with chain food....after golf the other day, we decided to go to dinner....I live in Jersey....all of the chains were busy (judging from the parking lot)...we went to an obscure Outback (and by obscure I mean in the middle of a business park) and there was a HUGE wait....
I am not a huge chain person and would rather eat local, but when you are nasty after a day of golf and its 'dinner' time- you have to know where you will fit in....
