Cajun Power Garlic Hot Sauce on sandwiches, grits, eggs, etc. Tabasco in Gumbo, roasts or anytime I need sauce as an ingredient.

tiger sauce for marinades or burgers on the grill.
Tabasco for beans.
La Hot Sauce for the rest.

I use La. Hot Sauce. I find Tobasco a bit too vinegary.

I don't like tabasco because it is to vinegary. MY favs are Louisiana with Crystal being my 1a. Other hot sauces I keep in the house include:

for a red sauce I use Crystal or Tiger, like Tabasco Chipolte saw Cholula Chipotle that other day and will buy and try that. Also use Huy Fong on rice and Thai food.

Louisiana is my favorite but I use tabasco, tiger, crystal, siracha as well.

It's the fashionable thing on this board not to like Louisiana staples that have become famous nationwide (Tony's, Zatarain's, Tabasco).

It's kind of like that band you like that nobody has heard of. You try to get your friends to listen, and when the band blows up and becomes a hit, you discard them as sellouts.

Tabasco regular for almost everything
Tabasco Garlic flavor for bloody marys and some soups I make.


I do like to put some Crystal on a ham and cheese sandwich sometimes, but otherwise I never use anything but Tabasco.
