The lack of Ben in the last couple of episodes has pissed me off...except for the Ben/Sayid moment in the last one.

Do we know if this is a flashback or flash sideways? I could give a damn about Ben being a history teacher, but a Ben flashback would be awesome.

I'm really excited about this episode. For the rest of the season I am no longer watching previews for the upcoming episode, it usually sets me up for disappointment, despite the episode being very good.

He'll probably just deal with it by lying and manipulating those around him, which will only ask more questions and further confuse and frustrate the faithful audience. I have a hunch that questions will not be answered.

You really need to stop watching and start over from the beginning or where you last left off. You are doing yourself an extreme disservice by picking up from Season 6 when you have absolutely no idea what is going on. LOST isn't going anywhere and will be here once you've caught up.

i agree. if you go to the kitchen and miss a few minutes there are times where you can be completely LOST. you have to watch it all from scratch but no worries its so fu%$in good you wont mind it at all. in fact i envy you.
