Lost question

If the alt timeline was some version of purgatory used to reunite everyone, then why did Jack have a son? He definitely never had one in the regular timeline. Did he just peace out on his son and leave him in purgatory? Kind of a dick move

I did like Doc Jensen's "King Fisher" analogy. That follows Jacob offering MIB a fish on the beach and they may be protecting the fountain of youth.
Doc Jensen's theory is supported by Eloise telling Penny that it was Faraday's fault Desmond got shot.
Also, I notice the last name of Thomas, Aaron's biological father, has yet to be revealed. Could it be "Wallace"?

My guess is he didn't leave the sub because they needed to make light of something/someone locked in the sub. My guess is Aaron.
Well aware its not about reveals, but I don't enjoy characters doing things without purpose. As of now, several characters are.

I think he's got Desmond/Penny/Aaron or someone who is a candidate locked in the sub.
Also, pretty sure they have to bring on the Richard episode as I'm not sure how long they can keep dragging things out without more explanation.
All these retards on the island are following people and doing shite without asking any/enough questions. If we went one more episode with this stuff without any more reveals, I would probably lose a lot of interest (and I am a very loyal Lost fan).

I think the answer to the original question is pretty straightforward...
It's a mystery. People who enjoy mystery movies and shows have probably never experienced a mystery movie/show that that ran so deep for so long. Throw in some interesting and very diverse characters, several twists turns and revelations, and a pursuit of answers to issues that have nagged mankind for years (i.e. - why are we here, good vs. evil, fate vs. freewill, etc.) and you get a very addictive series.

That's awesome. I am most excited about him of anyone in the class. Ware is a close 2nd. Boone 3rd.
