lies.

It's all made fresh.
Steaks are very good for the price.
Tenderloin salad is a 6 oz filet on top of a salad base for about 13 bucks or so - pretty good deal.

If you go early in the evening when you can still get a fairly rare cut of prime it's really good. Same recipe as J. Alexanders.
I like the gumbo there.
One of the better burgers in town.
Pastas are solid.
Desserts are very good.

That's BS ... one of our GO TO spots ...very consistant ...great prime rib, great steaks, great gumbo, great sandwiches/burgers, great sides, great fresh fish plates, anything blackened is good there and ALWAYS great service .... really just a great place to have dinner/lunch

Excuse me... I use to work downtown and would order from there every now and then. Maybe "crap" was a little strong, but nothing there is very memorable. Especially the gumbo. Though, I never did get a steak.

Oh btw... I had something blackened there, terrible. Burnt and dry would be a better description.

I've eaten at the one on sherwood south a bunch of times and it has always been good. The gumbo is pretty good also.

False again. Maybe we just have different tastes, but I think they have one of the better blackened mixes in town.

Their bar type food is decent-burgers, fries and fried stuff. Had fish specials a couple of time they did a good job on. Last couple of times (a couple of Saturdays ago most recently) felt like the quality had slipped. The one on Sherwood has always been good but have not been to that location lately.

They have a good burger, steak and fried scrimps.

Also, they usually serve a fresh fish of the day as well, which is a pretty good option, unless it's tilapia.

I'm w/ the majority on this one. Burger is strong, platters are great, always like the fish specials, pastas are good, steaks are good, fries are awesome, even the blackened chicken is good.

Never had a bad meal there
