A little superstious here.
We have cooked pork ribs, stuffed jalepenos, and jambalaya for the two playoff games. Keeping the same menu for Sunday. Picked up a king cake at Praline Connection last week for dessert. We put it in the freezer. Hope it is still good.

How do you make your mac and cheese bites!!!

Mac and cheese recipe to your liking, easy or as difficult as you want it to be.
Make it the day before, take it out day off and let it come back to room temp.
Season your flour. Cut bites into whatever size portion you want, we like smaller cause it's more manageable.
Flour bites, dip in egg (2 eggs), then into Panko bread crumbs. Fry at 360, til golden. Bam! Delicious.
